IMPORTATANT INFO REGARDING MEMBERS

 

Lately there has been some mass confusion regarding how new and current members should be bringing characters into any of the EF Fleets.

 

Hopefully by now all of you have completed the new officer orientation, but for the sake

of clarity I have outlined the important parts below...

 

 

1.  ANY character being added to the Fleets also needs to be added to the

Master List... this means completing the application through the website!  

There is a pulldown menu at the top where the player can specify if they

are a NEW / CURRENT / RETURNING member.

 

2.  RECRUITING OFFICERS are also tracked on their recruiting success by

the number of applications coming in with their name on it.  The names of

all Marketing Division officers are included in the application pull-down so

that applicants can report who brought them on board.

 

3.  DO NOT send any of the GAs or the VA of Marketing in-game mail or

standard emails with the names of your recruits.

 

 

Again, this is why we have developed the app on the website, so that ALL necessary departments receive the information and new members are added to the master list in

a timely manner.   Using the system we have in place will assure efficiency for our

entire command team.
